Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

International Shipping
HND OF GOD ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, HND OF GOD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.
